National Assembly delegates meet voters in Luu Kien commune (Tuong Duong)
(Baonghean.vn)-This morning, September 25, Ms. Vi Thi Huong - Provincial National Assembly Delegate had a meeting with voters of Luu Kien commune, Tuong Duong district.
Overview of the working session
With a frank and open spirit, at the meeting, voters of Luu Kien commune raised their thoughts, aspirations and proposed a number of issues: Requesting the National Assembly to consider investing in the construction of works serving the people's livelihoods in ethnic minority areas, especially the self-flowing clean water system; Supporting agricultural product prices because the current agricultural output price is still too low; There should be a policy to build industrial facilities in remote districts and communes to create jobs and stabilize the lives of local people.
Regarding other issues such as: Land disputes, border boundaries between localities; Policy settlement for people in reclaiming rice fields under the Government's 30a program is still slow; The issuance of health insurance cards still has many errors. The drug problem is currently increasing, causing great impact on social security and order, and early measures need to be taken to prevent it; Policies for meritorious people; Operating costs for associations at all levels are still low; Traffic accidents are increasing; Support policies for teachers and students in remote areas, ethnic minority areas... are still inadequate.
At the end of the meeting with voters, Ms. Vi Thi Huong promised to fully absorb and reflect voters' proposals to the National Assembly, the Government and central ministries and branches.
