(Baonghean.vn) - Implementing the program of meeting voters before the 6th session of the 13th National Assembly, this morning (September 28), elected National Assembly deputies in Nghe An province, including comrade Phan Dinh Trac - Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Internal Affairs Committee; Pham Van Tan - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly delegation of Nghe An, had a meeting with voters of Nghi Xuan commune, Nghi Loc district. Also participating in the meeting with voters were representatives of the Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs, Nghi Loc district.
At the meeting with voters, Comrade Pham Van Tan informed voters about the program of the 6th session of the 13th National Assembly, scheduled to be held next October. Next, in the spirit of openness and democracy, there were 19 opinions from voters reflecting and proposing to the National Assembly and the Government 39 issues related to the economy and society. Voters said that, in passing the amendments and supplements to the 2003 Land Law at this session, the National Assembly needs to pay attention to strictly managing the leasing of land to foreign enterprises. It is necessary to focus on promulgating draft laws to strengthen stricter economic management, avoid legal evasion and tax evasion by enterprises, including foreign enterprises; limit embezzlement and corruption. The issue mentioned by many voters is that the National Assembly needs to study and have strong enough investment policies and mechanisms to develop the marine economy to a sufficient level associated with preserving and protecting the country's seas; mechanisms and policies for farmers to get rich on their own land, truly "every inch of land is worth an inch of gold", limiting the current situation of abandoning agricultural land.
Many voters also expressed concern about the situation of people with revolutionary contributions, people participating in international, border and island missions who have not yet received benefits due to lost documents. In addition, many voters also recommended that the National Assembly and the Government take measures to fight corruption more effectively; negative issues in the health sector; solve employment for students and graduates of universities and colleges; extend loans and write-off debts for graduates who have not yet found jobs; benefits for deputy officials and standing members of commune-level unions and hamlet-level associations...
