Comrade Phan Dinh Trac explains issues of concern to voters
After listening to the report of the National Assembly representative, the voters of Quan Hanh town had 8 opinions to present to the National Assembly representative. Regarding agriculture: input costs for production are high but output is very difficult, requesting the state to support the consumption of products for farmers; farmers' children are formally trained but cannot find jobs after graduation; social evils are increasing, such as alcohol, gambling, theft, drugs causing disorder in the village security have not been strictly handled; requesting the need to plan and allocate land to build a cemetery for the town.
The current traffic fee collection is not appropriate. It is recommended that the National Assembly consider carefully before deciding to collect traffic fees. Currently, the majority of the town's residents do not have access to clean water. It is recommended that the government continue to invest in the clean water project. It is necessary to inspect and review the entire land lease system. If any enterprise uses it ineffectively or for the wrong purpose, it should be revoked and strictly handled. Many roads are currently too narrow, with high traffic density and frequent accidents, but have not received proper investment attention.
The settlement of some issues regarding land claims of policy families has lasted for many years and has not been completely resolved. Contacting voters should be combined with council delegates at all levels. Some issues regarding the regime for people with meritorious services have not been resolved, voluntary insurance payment still has many unfair regulations and has not received due attention, it is necessary to study and amend some provisions of the law on voluntary insurance. It is recommended that the State have a policy to support housing land for poor households...
On behalf of the National Assembly delegation, comrade Phan Dinh Trac acknowledged and highly appreciated the opinions of the voters of Quan Hanh town. He also clearly explained the voters' suggestions and questions, and requested the district and commune leaders to directly answer the people on issues within their authority, and the opinions beyond their authority were compiled by the National Assembly delegates to be submitted to the National Assembly in the next session.
