At the meeting, National Assembly delegate Pham Van Tan reported on important issues that were passed at the 5th session of the 13th National Assembly. Next, voters spoke up and raised their recommendations and proposals. Many voters were concerned that although the National Assembly had put many important issues on the agenda, they were still not very effective, such as traffic accidents with "Traffic Safety Month", "Traffic Safety Year", but traffic accidents are happening more and more frequently and seriously; the control of counterfeit and poor quality goods is making people worried and anxious.

Voters also said that the National Assembly needs to pay more attention to the issues of people in mountainous areas and ethnic minority areas lacking land for production; the quality and effectiveness of programs 135 and 134; the issue of abandoning construction fees and switching to socialized education; facilities and medical equipment for medical facilities; administrative reform... It is recommended that the National Assembly and the Government soon amend the regulations and regimes of temporary detention and temporary imprisonment to ensure the rights of subjects during the period of investigation before the verdict is reached; at the same time, ensure the minimum conditions of accommodation for subjects in temporary detention and temporary imprisonment according to regulations. Voters recommend that the National Assembly should consider not abolishing the People's Council at the district level...
