(Baonghean.vn) -Continuing the program of meeting voters after the session, this afternoon, June 23, the National Assembly Delegation of Nghe An province, including comrades Phan Dinh Trac - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of the province; Pham Van Tan - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Nghe An province had a meeting with voters in Nghi Phong commune - Nghi Loc district.
Comrade Phan Dinh Trac explains issues of concern to voters
At the meeting, voters expressed their opinions: land management and compensation for site clearance are still inadequate. For example, the project to build the second campus of Vinh University; Vinh - Cua Lo Boulevard is currently being implemented too slowly, people want to separate the cover for their children but cannot; Currently, there are too many universities opening, the training and output are not balanced, leading to many graduates not finding jobs. The food safety situation is an alarming issue, but there is no effective solution to solve it. The implementation of the agricultural land policy according to Decree 64 is no longer suitable, so the National Assembly and the Government need to research to come up with appropriate policies, creating conditions for farmers in the production process. It is recommended that the State prioritize resources to focus on building new rural areas. Many voters proposed that the State pay attention to the regime for former cooperative participants; policies for people with meritorious services; policies for farmers, etc.
Voters present their thoughts, aspirations and suggestions and recommendations
Speaking at the meeting with voters, comrade Phan Dinh Trac sincerely thanked voters for their frank, responsible and accurate opinions. Explaining the issue related to the opening of universities, training quality and student output, comrade Phan Dinh Trac affirmed: The National Assembly has just passed the Education Law, which clearly stipulates the standards for establishing universities and the output of universities. Balancing training with output, currently university training meets the diversity and demands of society. The issue of finding university output requires a renewed mindset, not only in state agencies (on average, our province has more than 20,000 university graduates each year) but also in finding jobs in non-state agencies, organizations and units, the important thing is to have a legitimate income through one's labor and intelligence.
Regarding the regime of commune and hamlet level cadres, the current regime compared to the requirements and workload is not satisfactory. He also affirmed that the National Assembly, the Government and the province all see this issue very clearly, however, given the difficult economic conditions of the country and the province, it will take time to improve the regime for this team. Comrade Phan Dinh Trac promised to receive and synthesize all the voters' feedback to report to the National Assembly, the Government, the Central Ministries, branches and the province for resolution in the coming time.
