Vinh University: Awarding doctoral and master's degrees in 2016

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of November 5, Vinh University held the Opening Ceremony of the Master's degree training course (2016 - 2018), the Doctoral degree training course (2016 - 2020) and the Closing Ceremony to award Doctoral and Master's degrees in 2016.

Postgraduate training is one of the main training programs of Vinh University with 31 master's training majors and 15 doctoral training majors. After 24 years of training, from the postgraduate training facility, Vinh University has had 265 people receiving doctoral degrees and nearly 10,000 people receiving master's degrees.

In 2016 alone, the school had 45 doctoral students, 1,050 master's students, of which 15 received doctoral degrees and 962 received master's degrees.

These students, in addition to being trained at the main campus, also study at universities: Dong Thap University, Vinh Long University, Saigon University, Long An University of Economics and Technology, and Tay Nguyen University.

School leaders awarded certificates of merit to outstanding students.

At the ceremony, the school leaders hoped that students and postgraduates would continue to strive, promote independence and self-awareness in learning and research to proactively acquire knowledge and complete their learning tasks. At the same time, strive to have many research results published in prestigious scientific journals in the country and around the world.

On this occasion, 29 outstanding students received certificates of merit and awards from Vinh University.
