(Baonghean.vn) -On the morning of March 21, in Vinh City, the Quan Bau Ward Party Committee held the 3rd Party Congress for the 2015-2020 term. Attending and directing the Congress were comrade Vo Viet Thanh - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Vinh City Party Committee and comrades in the Vinh City Party Committee Standing Committee, representatives of the Party building committees of the Provincial Party Committee, Vinh City Party Committee and 187 delegates representing 520 party members of 17 Party cells in the area.

At the Congress, delegates discussed and, on that basis, set the economic growth target for the next 5 years at 11-12%/year; production value by 2020 reaching 1,179 billion VND, average income per capita reaching 119.7 million VND/person; building a politically clean and strong ward, stable in order and social security, and becoming one of the typical wards of Vinh city.
The Congress elected the Party Executive Committee; elected the Standing Committee and the positions of Secretary and Deputy Secretary for the new term 2015-2020; and elected delegates to attend the Congress of higher-level delegates.
