(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of July 20, the Con Cuong District Party Committee held a preparatory session. The congress elected the Presidium, the Secretariat, and the Delegate Qualifications Review Board; approved the congress regulations, election regulations, and a summary of comments on the draft political report of the 26th Con Cuong District Party Congress, term 2015-2020; and approved a summary of comments on the draft political report of the higher-level Party Congress.
