Party cell congress of Anh Son District Protective Forest Management Board
(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of March 23, the Party cell of the Anh Son District Protective Forest Management Board held a Party cell congress for the 2015-2020 term. This is the Party cell of the agency block selected by the Anh Son District Party Committee to hold a model congress.
Attending the Congress were comrade Nguyen Van Son, Standing Deputy Secretary of Anh Son District Party Committee, comrades of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, leaders of agencies and units in the district.

During the past term, the Party cell of the Forest Protection Management Board has done a good job of managing and protecting over 8,146 hectares of assigned forests, including 7,916 hectares of protection forests, 220 hectares of production forests and 10 hectares of national seed forests. The leadership has done a good job of forest fire prevention and fighting and forestry projects in recent years, planting 75.4 hectares of protection forests. Step by step, effectively implementing sustainable forest protection and development in the period of 2012-2020, applying scientific and technological advances to create quality varieties, cultivating over 3.2 million quality seedlings to provide to forest planting households in the area, contributing to forest development and protection. In the coming term, the Forest Protection Management Board is determined to do a good job of the assigned tasks, striving to plant 1,500 hectares of new forests, contributing to increasing forest coverage to 55% by 2020.
