Party Congress of Huoi Tu Commune (Ky Son) for the 2015-2020 term

(Baonghean.vn) - On March 16 and 17, 2015, the Party Committee of Huoi Tu commune - Ky Son district held the Congress of delegates for the 2015 - 2020 term. This is the first congress of the grassroots Party Committee of the district.

The congress with the motto: "Solidarity - Innovation - Democracy, promoting strength, focusing on building new rural areas", with the participation of 130 official delegates.

In the 5 years of implementing the Resolution of the Congress for the 2010 - 2015 term, the Party Committee and people of Huoi Tu commune have achieved many remarkable results in various fields: Average income reached 8.2 million VND/person/year, poverty reduction rate reached 5 - 8%/year (now 53.2%), budget revenue during the term reached 137 billion 270 million VND (of which revenue in the area reached 250 million VND), the rate of junior high school students studying to high school or vocational training reached 80%, the commune health station has 01 doctor... The Congress voted to pass the Resolution for the 2015 - 2020 term with specific targets such as: Average income reached 18 - 20 million VND/person/year, new rural construction achieved 12 - 13 criteria, the number of households using the national grid electricity reached 80%, trained workers reached 30%, poverty rate reduced to 35%...

The Congress contributed ideas to the documents of the District Party Congress, discussed and contributed ideas to the standards, quantity, and structure of the District Party Committee for the 22nd term, 2015-2020; and contributed ideas to the documents of the 12th National Party Congress.

The Congress elected the Party Executive Committee for the 2015 - 2020 term consisting of 15 comrades, elected the Standing Committee of the Commune Party Committee consisting of 5 comrades, especially the Congress directly elected comrades Ly Chia Chu to hold the position of Party Committee Secretary, comrades Vu Ba Ly and Vu Giong Dia to hold the position of Deputy Party Committee Secretaries.

Attending and giving a speech at the congress, comrade Lau Chong Vu - Standing Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee acknowledged, commended and highly appreciated the efforts and determination of the Party Committee and people of Huoi Tu commune in implementing the Congress Resolution for the 2010 - 2015 term. The Party Committee and people of Huoi Tu commune always consolidate national solidarity and successfully carry out political tasks. Huoi Tu commune is on the path to quickly and sustainably escaping poverty, national security and defense are maintained, traditional national culture is preserved and promoted, focusing on the work of building a strong Party and political system; always being vigilant and fighting to defeat the "peaceful evolution" plot of hostile forces to sabotage the revolution and the cause of national renewal and development.
