(Baonghean.vn)On the morning of August 25, Traffic Construction Corporation 4 held the 8th Congress of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, term 2012-2017. Attending were comrade Thai Van Hang - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.
Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Transport Construction Corporation 4 currently has 20 grassroots Youth Unions and 3 affiliated Youth Unions with 2,274 youth union members operating in 145 Youth Unions. During the past term, the Youth Union and Youth Movement of the Corporation have achieved very important results. The targets set by the 7th Congress were basically completed, many targets were exceeded. Typical examples include: the movement to mobilize labor production, develop the unit; launch emulation on key projects such as: Emulation to accelerate the completion of the Ho Chi Minh City - Trung Luong Expressway project; sprint emulation to complete package 3.2, Gie - Ninh Binh Expressway.

Awarding the Flag of the excellent unit leading the competition movement of the Central Youth Union
During the past term, the Youth Union of the Corporation successfully organized 2 competitions “CIENCO 4 Young Creativity”, thereby motivating and gathering a large number of youth union members to actively participate in scientific research and application of new technologies. Volunteer activities for the community and society were promoted with many diverse and rich forms.
In the coming term, the Youth Union of Traffic Construction Corporation 4 is determined to promote the achievements, improve the effectiveness and attractiveness of the youth movement, arouse the spirit of self-awareness of the youth in participating in the activities of the Union; continue to accompany the youth on the path of development and progress; encourage the youth to compete in labor, study, be proactive, creative, master advanced science and technology, promote youth strength for the sustainable development of Traffic Construction Corporation 4.
In recognition of the achievements of the Corporation's Youth Union, on this occasion, the President awarded the Second Class Labor Medal and the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union awarded the Emulation Flag to the excellent unit leading the emulation movement in the Union work and youth movement for the 2007-2012 term.
