(Baonghean.vn)- On August 2, the first Congress of the Hong Lam Outstanding Business Association of Hanoi city was held in Hanoi capital.
Attending the Congress were comrades: Nguyen Manh Cam, former member of the Politburo, former Deputy Prime Minister, Honorary President of the Vietnam Association for Promoting Education; Vuong Dinh Hue, member of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Economic Committee; Tran Van Hang, member of the Party Central Committee, member of the National Assembly Standing Committee, Head of the National Assembly's Foreign Affairs Committee; Nguyen The Trung, member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Mass Mobilization Committee; Hoang Xuan Luong, Deputy Minister, Vice Chairman of the Ethnic Committee; Le Doan Hop, former member of the Party Central Committee, President of the Vietnam Digital Communications Association; Nguyen The Ky, Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda Department; leaders of Hanoi City and typical business delegates, delegates of the Nghe An Association in Hanoi. At the Congress, delegates discussed and approved the Charter and the direction of operation of the Association. Speaking at the Congress, on behalf of the leaders of Nghe An province, comrade Nguyen Xuan Duong - Chairman of the People's Committee of Nghe An province affirmed that the Congress was a gathering of typical businessmen who are the children of Nghe An in Hanoi; it will be a bridge for businessmen to increase solidarity and help each other in business cooperation. He also briefly reported the basic results that Nghe An has achieved after 2 years of implementing Resolution 26 of the Politburo, which is to have quick steps in building new rural areas with 47 communes meeting new rural standards, investment attraction has many improvements... All of these have the contributions of many children of Nghe An from all over the country.

At the congress, delegates discussed and approved the charter, operating directions, elected the Executive Committee, the Inspection Committee, and passed the Congress Resolution. Comrade Ho Xuan Hung was elected Honorary President of the association; Comrade Nguyen Truong Son was elected President of the association for the 2015-2020 term.
