The 7th Congress of Vietnam Journalists Association of Nghe An province, term 2015-2020
(Baonghean.vn)-On the afternoon of June 26, in Vinh city, the Vietnam Journalists Association of Nghe An province held the 7th Congress of the Vietnam Journalists Association of Nghe An province.
Attending the first session of the congress were 261 members of press agencies. Comrade Le Ba Hung, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department attended and directed the congress.
The 7th Congress of the Vietnam Journalists Association of Nghe An province (term 2015-2020) aims to evaluate the results of implementing the goals set by the 6th Congress, clarify the shortcomings, causes, and lessons learned. Propose directions, tasks, goals, solutions, and action programs for the Association during the term. Elect a new Executive Committee with full qualities, capacity, and enthusiasm to lead the Association to further development.
At the first session, the Congress approved the program contents, elected the presidium, reported the working regulations of the congress, reported comments on the draft congress of the Vietnam Journalists Association, introduced and elected the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Journalists Association of Nghe An province for the 2015-2020 term, introduced and elected delegates to the 10th Congress of the Vietnam Journalists Association (2015-2020 term).
