Dealer asks for 31.5 million VND for Honda Super Dream 100

After a period of lull, the topic of the old Honda Super Dream 100 being sold at an "astronomical" price by dealers has become hot again. A member of a car and motorbike forum raised a question when he saw a dealer "selling" the Super Dream 100 for 31.5 million VND, even though this is an old version that has been discontinued. His question attracted hundreds of comments from other members.

According to a survey by Zing.vn, there are not many Honda Super Dream 100s left on the market. Only a few dealers who have stocked up on the cars have them for sale.

A representative of a Honda authorized store (HEAD) in Dong Da district (Hanoi) said that the Super Dream 100 is no longer produced but demand from users is still quite high. This dealer has to collect goods from the provinces. However, due to the small quantity, the selling price of the new vehicle is higher than the price previously proposed by the company.

According to information from this dealer, customers who buy Honda Super Dream 100 are mainly young people. They like the youthful design of the car. In addition, if you do not like the sticker of the car, the dealer can also provide Dream II sticker instead. Therefore, the actual cost of buying the car can be increased.

In contrast to the Super Dream 100, the model that was created to replace it, the Super Dream 110, is not popular because its design is considered "clumsy". This model is currently priced at only 18 million VND, even though it is a newer model.

According to dealers, Honda sales in particular and the entire market in general have shown signs of slowing down in April and the first week of May, after a period of good growth during the Lunar New Year. Main scooter models such as Air Blade 125 or Lead 125 have cooled down compared to the beginning of the year.
