Korean Ambassador offers incense and flowers to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh at Kim Lien Relic Site

(Baonghean.vn) -Today, December 20, continuing his working program in Nghe An, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Korea Ha Chan Ho, his wife and members of the delegation visited President Ho Chi Minh's hometown in Kim Lien - Nam Dan.

The delegation of ambassadors offered incense and flowers to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh, expressing their respect and admiration for the genius leader, the national liberation hero, the outstanding cultural celebrity, who brought glory to the country of Vietnam. Visiting Uncle Ho's maternal and paternal hometowns, the Ambassador was deeply moved when listening to the explanation about Uncle Ho's childhood, family and life of activities.

Next, the Delegation visited and worked with HAI VINA Kim Lien Co., Ltd. in Nam Giang commune, Nam Dan district, a 100% foreign-invested enterprise of Korean investors. Here, the Delegation was reported by Mr. Kim Tae Hyung - General Director on the project's operations after more than 1 year of operation, specializing in the production of gloves, sportswear, and other export goods. Currently, the company has attracted 2,400 local workers to work with an average salary of 3 million VND/month, initially operating stably, vocational workers adapt quickly, and the products are of high quality, so they are accepted by European markets. The Ambassador and the Delegation visited the production lines, saw the lunch and shift meals of workers at the factory.

In the afternoon of the same day, the delegation visited Cua Lo golf course, visited Emtech factory in Bac Vinh Industrial Park, visited Duc Phong Company's rattan and bamboo export production facility in Nghi Phu small industrial park.

At the successful end of his visit and work in Nghe An, the Ambassador thanked the leaders of Nghe An for their warm, thoughtful and affectionate welcome. This was an opportunity to learn more about the people, life and development of the land with a tradition of studiousness, contributing to fostering friendship and long-term cooperation between the two countries in general and with Nghe An province in particular.
