Korean Ambassador visits Vietnam - Korea Vocational College of Technology
(Baonghean.vn) – Korean Ambassador to Vietnam Lee Hyuk pledged that the Korean Government will support and coordinate with the Vietnam – Korea Vocational College of Technology to the best of its ability to develop the school.
On the morning of August 12, during his visit and working program in Nghe An, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Korea (Korea) to Vietnam Lee Hyuk visited the Vietnam - Korea Industrial Technical Vocational College in Vinh City.
Also going to Nghe An province were Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Ngoc Hoa and representatives of the Department of Foreign Affairs.

The Vietnam - Korea Vocational College of Technology was invested in two phases by the Korean Government with a total investment of more than 7 million USD and counterpart capital from Nghe An province. Currently, the Korean Government continues to fund phase 3 with a total of 6 million USD for the school to continue upgrading, expanding and improving training quality.
The school has a training scale of 3,000 students and is a model vocational training school in Vietnam, attracting many other schools to study and many foreign experts investing in Vietnam to visit.

Mr. Nguyen Duy Nam - Principal of the school said: The school is oriented to become the leading vocational training school in Vietnam, reaching out to countries in the region and the world. Therefore, the school hopes to continue to receive support from the Korean Government, the Korean Embassy in Vietnam and the Ambassador personally as well as the attention and support of Nghe An province to achieve the set goals.
Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Ngoc Hoa wished Ambassador Lee Hyuk a successful term in Vietnam. Nghe An province highly values the cooperative relationship with Korea in all fields, especially investment attraction.
Comrade Le Ngoc Hoa pledged that the province would create the best conditions for Korean investors when they come to Nghe An, and at the same time, with the Vietnam - Korea Vocational College of Technology, the province would provide the best support to coordinate with Korea and the school to achieve the set goals.

Mr. Lee Hyuk highly appreciated the results in vocational training of the Vietnam - Korea Vocational College of Technology and pledged that the Government of this country will support and coordinate with the school to the best of its ability to build the school to develop further.
Regarding Nghe An province, the Korean ambassador highly appreciated the province's natural potential, infrastructure, labor as well as its determination to attract investment.
According to the ambassador, although the number of Korean enterprises investing in Nghe An in particular and the North Central region in general is not much, with the province's determination in promoting and attracting investment, he believes that Nghe An will become a destination for many Korean enterprises in the near future.

Next, Mr. Lee Hyuk visited the Happy Bakery, a Korean bakery belonging to the Vietnam-Korea Vocational College of Technology. This bakery was built with the support of the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA), CJ Foodville Company and the People's Committee of Nghe An Province.
