Korean Ambassador visits and works at Vietnam-Korea Industrial Vocational College
(Baonghean.vn) -This morning, December 19, in Vinh City, Mr. Ha Chan Ho - Korean Ambassador to Vietnam and his wife visited and worked at the Vietnam - Korea Technical and Industrial Vocational College.
Attending the meeting were representatives of the Department of Foreign Affairs, the Provincial People's Committee Office, and leaders of the Vietnam-Korea Technical and Industrial Vocational College.
The delegation visited the school's practice facilities.
Before working with the school, Ambassador Ha Chan Ho visited the school's facilities, classrooms, and workshops. The ambassador was pleased that the school had spacious and impressive facilities, and effective training and student management methods.

Mr. Nguyen Duy Nam - Principal, on behalf of the school's leadership, reported on the school's activities in recent years. Each year, the school recruits 1,000 students with 9 faculties and 10 occupations, 90% of graduates have stable jobs, about 2,500 students of the school go to work abroad. Most students are recruited by joint venture companies and domestic corporations, many of whom have established businesses, creating jobs for many workers. The quality of training is affirmed, trusted and highly appreciated by domestic and foreign enterprises. Currently, the school is building a project to improve the quality of training to be able to issue certificates and diplomas from Korea, which is also the plan assigned to the school by the Department of Vocational Training of the Ministry of Labor. The school is considered a model vocational training school in Vietnam, invested by many schools and many foreign experts in Vietnam.
Ambassador Ha Chan Ho assessed this as one of the effective investment projects of Korea in Vietnam, contributing to strengthening the solidarity, friendship and cooperation between the two countries. The Korean side will continue to invest in helping to train and improve the professional qualifications of teachers, increase information exchange activities... Some of the school's proposals and recommendations were noted by the Ambassador and will be submitted to the Korean Government for consideration.
