(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of August 22, the Party Congress of the Fire and Rescue Police closed. Colonel Ho Sy Tuan, Hero of the Armed Forces, was re-elected as Secretary of the Party Committee of the Fire and Rescue Police.

After two days of serious, responsible and effective work, the Party Congress of Nghe An Fire and Rescue Police officially closed. Colonel Ho Sy Tuan, Hero of the People's Armed Forces, was re-elected as Party Secretary.

Major General Nguyen Quang Chu - Deputy Director General of the General Department of Politics - Ministry of Public Security and comrade Nguyen Xuan Duong, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Nghe An province presented flowers and congratulated the Party Executive Committee for the term 2015 - 2020.

Previously, the Congress elected the Party Executive Committee for the 2nd term, 2015-2020, consisting of 18 comrades; elected 5 official delegates and 1 alternate delegate to attend the 18th Provincial Party Congress.

The Congress also approved a report summarizing comments on the draft documents of the 12th National Congress of the Party and approved the Congress Resolution.
