Voter Moong Thanh Binh (Yen Na commune) reflected: Thu Do Mineral Exploitation Company has been polluting the environment, causing instability in the local security and order. Local people have also lost their productive land, and their lives have been difficult. Therefore, voters want to revoke the operating license of this company.

Yen Hoa Commune Party Secretary Lo Thai Sinh reflected: According to Decree 108-ND/CP issued, since July 2015, the Commune People's Committee has mobilized 2 cadres to retire early under the streamlining of the payroll, without deduction of pension rate, subsidized several months of salary, or supported to go to vocational training. However, up to now, one cadre has not yet been resolved the policy. Therefore, voters request that all levels and sectors pay attention and resolve it properly.

Voter Lo Doan Phuong (Xieng Nua village, Yen Na) mentioned the policy of allocating forests to households for care and management. Accordingly, Yen Na commune currently has over 1,000 hectares of forest that have not been allocated or handed over to the people. Regarding the disorder and environmental impact of the Capital Company, Director of the Provincial Police Nguyen Huu Cau assigned the District Police to promptly intervene, handle and respond to voters, from which there will be a specific report to consider revoking the license of this company. "Wherever there are complex crimes, security and environment, the police force must intervene in the fight," the delegate emphasized.

Regarding the increase in allowances for commune-level positions, delegate Nguyen Huu Cau said,The National Assembly is making efforts to review and reorganize the state administrative apparatus, which has "bloated a lot". In the future, villages and hamlets will tend to merge together, and some positions will be held concurrently, in order to reduce intermediary steps and bring them under "one roof".

The "budget cake" is not enough to cover the regular budget. In the near future, the National Assembly will"Reduce the number of civil servants by at least 12%. Therefore, there will not be many positions, or increase the source of allowances" - delegate Nguyen Huu Cau added.

At the same time, we will fully absorb voters' feedback to report to the National Assembly, the Government, central and provincial ministries and branches for resolution in the coming time.
