Regarding the disorder and environmental impact caused by the Capital Company, Director of the Provincial Police Nguyen Huu Cau assigned the District Police to promptly intervene, handle the matter and respond to voters, from which a specific report will be made to consider revoking the company's license. "Wherever there are complex issues of crime, security, and environment, the police force must intervene in the fight," the delegate emphasized.
Regarding the increase in allowances for commune-level positions, delegate Nguyen Huu Cau said,The National Assembly is making efforts to review and reorganize the supervision of the state administrative apparatus, which has "bloated a lot". In the future, villages and hamlets will tend to merge together, and some positions will be held concurrently, in order to reduce intermediary steps and bring them under "one roof".
The “budget cake” is not enough to cover the regular budget. In the near future, the National Assembly will"Reduce at least 12% of the number of civil servants. Therefore, there will not be many positions, or increase the source of allowances" - delegate Nguyen Huu Cau added.
At the same time, we will fully absorb voters' feedback to report to the National Assembly, the Government, central and provincial ministries and branches for resolution in the coming time.
