General Phung Quang Thanh has returned to Hanoi.
At 7:00 a.m. on July 25, a Boeing 777 of Vietnam Airlines landed at Noi Bai airport.

A source said that General Phung Quang Thanh, Minister of National Defense, traveled in business class, is in normal health, and does not need to arrange for support vehicles or equipment.
At Noi Bai airport, a reporter called to say that General Phung Quang Thanh got off the plane by the stairs, smiled and shook hands with many people welcoming him, then got into a car with license plate TH 2809 and drove towards Nhat Tan bridge, back to Hanoi.

Thus, flight number VN18, operated by Boeing B777, departed from Charles De Gaulle International Airport (Paris) at 2:00 p.m. local time, and landed at Noi Bai International Airport (Hanoi) at 7:00 a.m. on July 25.
