Ensuring personnel preparation for Party congresses at all levels
On the morning of January 27, in Hanoi, the Central Organizing Committee held a conference for civil servants to summarize the work of 2014 and deploy tasks for 2015.

The report and opinions presented at the Conference unanimously assessed that in 2014, the officials and civil servants of the Central Organizing Committee overcame many difficulties and challenges, were proactive and creative, and carried out a large amount of work.
The Central Organizing Committee continues to closely coordinate with Party committees at all levels and relevant agencies to perform advisory work in accordance with its functions and tasks, ensuring compliance with principles, Party Charter, regulations, rules and working procedures.
The Committee synchronously, comprehensively and systematically deployed the work of Party building and organization in terms of organization, cadres, party bases, party members, and internal political protection, including many new, difficult, important, complicated, fundamental and long-term tasks such as the Party Election Regulations; Directives and Guidelines on personnel work for Party Congresses at all levels, towards the 12th National Party Congress; Directives on strengthening internal political protection work in the new situation; the implementation of the Strategic Planning; and the training and fostering of strategic-level cadres.
The highlight in 2014 was that the Central Organizing Committee was proactive, active, methodical and meticulous in coordinating from the stage of summarizing and evaluating the implementation of the fields of Party organization and building, from which it studied and drew out issues that needed to be revised, supplemented, led and directed, ensuring that it was close to the practical requirements for Party organization and building, creating consensus among Party committees and organizations at all levels, contributing to creating general changes in Party building and building the political system.
In order to carry out the key tasks, the Central Organizing Committee has advised on the preparation for the Party Congresses at all levels and the 11th National Party Congress. The Committee has advised, concretized and implemented the resolutions and conclusions of the 11th Central Executive Committee: Resolution of the 4th Central Committee (11th tenure) on Party building; Conclusion No. 64 of the 7th Central Committee Conference (11th tenure) on a number of issues on continuing to innovate and perfect the political system from the Central to the grassroots level; Implemented the policy of taking a vote of confidence for members of the Party Committee's leadership and leaders in Party, State, Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations. The Committee has researched and developed projects and tasks assigned by the Politburo and the Secretariat in 2014.
The conference determined that the key task in 2015 of the Central Organizing Committee is to focus on advising on the preparation and serving the successful organization of the 12th National Party Congress, including advising on the development of personnel work directions and closely implementing the process of introducing personnel to join the 12th Central Executive Committee.
The Committee continues to provide synchronous and quality advice on the resolutions of the Central Executive Committee (term XI) and regular tasks of Party organization and building. The Central Organizing Committee completes the apparatus, improves the quality of cadres and civil servants, builds a clean and strong agency, and organizes activities to celebrate the 85th anniversary of the tradition of the Party Organization and Building sector.
The officials and civil servants of the Central Organizing Committee strive and are highly determined to complete their tasks well, and perform well the functions of a key advisory body for key tasks.
