(Baonghean.vn) - Although not far from the center of Muong Long commune, Ky Son district, Sa Lay village remains isolated during rainy days. The reason is that the roads are extremely difficult to navigate, muddy and full of potholes.

Sa Lay is one of 13 villages in Muong Long commune, Ky Son border district. The road from the center of Muong Long commune to Sa Lay village is about 2 km long. However, only about 500m has been paved with concrete to prevent slippage. The remaining sections are still dirt roads, dusty in the dry season and slippery and muddy in the rainy season. Photo: TP
