(Baonghean.vn) -The electric pole's concrete base was broken, leaving only a steel frame, right at the intersection, next to the market and residential houses in Cho hamlet, Nghi Van commune (Nghi Loc), causing great fear among the people.

According to Mr. Thai Viet Diep, an official of Nghi Van commune, the above electric pole is managed by Nghi Loc Electricity, transmitting electricity from the transformer station in the center of Nghi Van commune to neighboring hamlets. The incident of the electric pole being broken into concrete, leaving only the iron frame, happened more than a year ago.
