Motorcycles and motorbikes will have to have energy labels.

After automobiles, businesses manufacturing, assembling, and importing motorbikes are encouraged to voluntarily apply energy labels to their vehicles in 2019, and this will be mandatory from 2020.

From January 1, 2018, passenger cars with 7 to 9 seats must have energy labels.

According to a circular recently issued by the Ministry of Transport, from January 1, 2018, passenger cars with 7 to 9 seats, manufactured and assembled from separate components, completely new or imported and unused, will have to have energy labels.

The Prime Minister has just stipulated the list of vehicles and equipment that must have energy labels, apply minimum energy efficiency and implementation roadmap. Accordingly, there are 4 groups of vehicles and equipment that must have energy labels and apply minimum energy efficiency.
