4 groups of vehicles and equipment must have energy labels
The Prime Minister has just stipulated the list of vehicles and equipment that must have energy labels, apply minimum energy efficiency and implementation roadmap. Accordingly, there are 4 groups of vehicles and equipment that must have energy labels and apply minimum energy efficiency.

From January 1, 2018, energy labeling is mandatory for passenger cars with 7 to 9 seats; for motorbikes and scooters from January 1, 2020. |
Household appliances group: Straight tube fluorescent lamps, compact fluorescent lamps, electromagnetic and electronic ballasts for fluorescent lamps, air conditioners, refrigerators, washing machines for household use, rice cookers, electric fans, television sets, LED lights, storage water heaters;
Office and commercial equipment group: Photocopiers, computer monitors, printers, commercial refrigerators, laptops;
Industrial equipment group: Distribution transformers, electric motors;
Group of means of transport: Cars with 9 seats or less, motorbikes, scooters.
Regarding the roadmap for implementing energy labeling, for household appliances and industrial equipment, the Prime Minister requires mandatory energy labeling for the following household appliances and industrial equipment: Straight fluorescent lamps, compact fluorescent lamps, electromagnetic and electronic ballasts for fluorescent lamps, air conditioners, rice cookers, electric fans, refrigerators, horizontal-drum washing machines, vertical-drum washing machines, television sets, three-phase distribution transformers, electric motors.

Implement voluntary energy labeling until December 31, 2019 and mandatory from January 1, 2020 for LED lighting products and storage water heaters.
For office and commercial equipment: Mandatory energy labeling for commercial refrigerators. Voluntary energy labeling for photocopiers, computer monitors, and printers. Voluntary energy labeling until December 31, 2019, and mandatory from January 1, 2020 for laptops.
For the group of means of transport (manufactured, assembled and newly imported): Implement mandatory energy labeling for passenger cars with 7 seats or less. Implement voluntary energy labeling for passenger cars with 7 to 9 seats until December 31, 2017; for motorbikes and scooters until December 31, 2019. From January 1, 2018, implement mandatory energy labeling for passenger cars with 7 to 9 seats and for motorbikes and scooters from January 1, 2020.
The State encourages voluntary energy labeling for vehicles and equipment not subject to the above regulations.
