Nghe An Public Security Party Committee: Deploying tasks for 2012
(Baonghean.vn) -On March 6, Nghe An Public Security Party Committee held a conference to review Party building work in 2011 and deploy tasks for 2012. Attending were comrade Tran Hong Chau - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, and representatives of the Provincial Party Committee's departments and branches.
In 2011, the Provincial Public Security Party Committee closely followed the direction of the Central Public Security Party Committee, the leaders of the Ministry of Public Security, the Provincial Party Committee, and the Provincial People's Committee to lead and direct the comprehensive implementation of all aspects of Public Security work, Party building, force building and mass organizations, successfully completing the goals and tasks of 2011.Political security and social order in the area continue to be stable, with no hot spots. Crime prevention, investigation and handling have achieved better results, preventing the formation of organized crime operating in the style of a mafia and complex social evils.

State management of security and order and administrative reform work have received continued attention and direction and have had many positive changes.Traffic accidents have decreased, and some areas have achieved high results. In addition, Party building and construction work have achieved many outstanding results. The implementation of "Studying and following the moral example of Ho Chi Minh - Public Security Forces forget themselves for the country, serve the people" continues to be promoted, associated with the campaign for Public Security Forces to strictly comply with the order to build a cultural lifestyle for the people. At the end of the year, 31/31 grassroots Party Committees and Party cells met the standard of "Typical clean and strong". The Provincial Public Security Party Committee met the standard of a strong Party Committee and was awarded a certificate of merit by the Provincial Party Committee.
In 2012, the Provincial Police Party Committee continued to disseminate to Party committees and grassroots organizations 5 key tasks, including promoting and further improving the quality and effectiveness of the emulation movement for national security, perfecting the organizational apparatus under the direction of the Ministry of Public Security, and further strengthening the activities of mass organizations to build an increasingly strong force.
Speaking at the conference, comrade Tran Hong Chau - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council highly appreciated the results achieved by the Provincial Police Party Committee in 2011, and pointed out that in 2012, the Provincial Police Party Committee needs to innovate methods and improve the leadership capacity, fighting strength of grassroots party organizations, and the quality of party members.
