The political report of the Party Executive Committee of Nghe An Bus Station Joint Stock Company, term VII, presented to the congress focused on evaluating the results of 5 years of implementing the Party Congress Resolution for the term 2015 - 2020 with many positive results.

Notably, in the implementation of business tasks, 8/8 targets were achieved and exceeded; in which revenue and budget payment increased annually. In 2019 alone, revenue reached nearly 64 billion VND and budget payment reached nearly 10.5 billion VND. 100% of employees have regular jobs; the average income of employees reached 8.6 million VND/month.

Party building work is focused on all aspects: politics, ideology, organization, inspection, supervision, and enforcement of Party discipline. The company's Party Committee always focuses on building high solidarity and unity within the Party Committee; especially promoting the exemplary role of the Party Committee's leaders, being exemplary in words and actions, daring to think, daring to do, and the exemplary role of the 43 Party members in the Party Committee.

Speaking at the congress, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Nghe An Business Bloc Dao Quang Nghi emphasized the requirement for the Party Executive Committee of Nghe An Bus Station Joint Stock Company for the 2020-2025 term to continue to innovate and be creative in leadership and direction to achieve and exceed the goals set by the congress for the 2020-2025 term; focusing on performing production, business and Party building tasks.

To do so, the company's Party Committee needs to continue to coordinate better with the Board of Directors through regulations to effectively implement the company's production and business strategies and plans; and promote the building of corporate culture.
