Nghe An Provincial Business Bloc Party Committee transfers party organization and party members

Transfer of 114 party organizations and 4,672 party members

Pursuant to Conclusion No. 473-KL/TU dated February 7, 2025 of the Provincial Party Executive Committee on reorganizing the apparatus of the political system of Nghe An province, the Provincial Party Standing Committee has developed a project and issued decisions to terminate the activities of the Provincial Enterprise Party Committee and the Provincial Agencies Party Committee, and establish the Provincial Party Committee of Provincial Party Agencies and the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee.

On February 12, 2025, the Provincial Party Standing Committee issued Decision No. 3256-QD/TU on the transfer of grassroots party organizations and party members. Accordingly, 98 grassroots party organizations under the Provincial Business Bloc Party Committee were transferred to the Vinh City Party Committee and district Party Committees; 16 grassroots party organizations were transferred to the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee.

At the ceremony, the Provincial Business Bloc Party Committee announced and handed over the decision to transfer 114 grassroots Party organizations, including 36 Party Committees, 78 Party cells with 4,672 Party members to the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee, Vinh City Party Committee and the district Party Committees: Hung Nguyen, Do Luong, Dien Chau, Nghi Loc, Quy Hop, Quynh Luu, Nghia Dan.

Continue to promote the role as political nucleus

Speaking at the ceremony, Comrade Hoang Nghia Hieu - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council emphasized that the arrangement of the Party organization aims to overcome limitations and shortcomings, create favorable conditions for the leadership and direction of Party committees at all levels on the basis of improving the quality and effectiveness of the activities of Party organizations according to the Resolutions and Conclusions of the Central Executive Committee of the Party, the Politburo, the Central Secretariat and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee; associated with the implementation of the task of streamlining the organizational apparatus of the political system.

To soon stabilize and effectively implement the task, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee proposed The Party Committee of the Provincial Party Committee continues to coordinate with the Provincial Party Committee, Vinh City Party Committee and district Party Committees to fully and completely hand over and receive party member records and related contents of the party organization.

For the receiving organizations, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee suggested that there should be appropriate decentralization of leadership to stabilize and develop party organizations and party members in enterprises; Continue to accompany, support and help enterprises to remove difficulties and obstacles within their authority or propose the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Council to direct all levels and sectors to remove difficulties for enterprises.

In addition, the Provincial Party Committee, City Party Committee and related district Party Committees need to pay attention to the specific characteristics of enterprises and party organizations in enterprises to guide, direct and build party organizations to fulfill their tasks well; continue to advise and direct to perfect party organizations, party committees, and positions according to regulations of superiors; continue to direct the implementation of party congresses at all levels according to the set plan.

For party organizations after being transferred to the Provincial Party Committee, Vinh City Party Committee and district Party Committees, comrade Hoang Nghia Hieu requested to do a good job of ideological work for cadres, party members and workers; perform well political tasks and party building work; promptly complete personnel, build regulations, change seals, perform well security and order work in the area; actively participate in social security activities; advise, contribute ideas and make proposals to Party committees and authorities at all levels to better perform their tasks, contributing to the socio-economic development of the locality and the province.

Affirming that the transfer of party organizations and party members is to implement the policy of superiors related to the arrangement and streamlining of the organizational apparatus, there are some contents that need to be completed while doing, so comrade Hoang Nghia Hieu requested that party members continue to make efforts and have high responsibility in performing their tasks.

The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee believes that grassroots Party organizations will continue to promote their role as political nuclei, promote political and ideological education, do well in Party building and professional tasks, contribute to building clean and strong units and enterprises, and excellently complete assigned tasks.
