Standing Deputy Secretary of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee Hoang Nghia Hieu presents Party badges to Vinh Phu ward party members

At the ceremony, the Vinh Phu Ward Party Committee announced the Decision of the Standing Committee of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee on awarding the Party Badge to 132 Party members. Of which, 3 comrades were awarded the 80-year Party membership badge, including: Bui Duc Tung - Pre-Uprising cadre, born in 1928, joined the Party on March 3, 1947, former member of the Provincial Party Committee, Commander of the Nghe An Provincial Military Command; Nguyen Dong, Pre-Uprising cadre, born in 1927, joined the Party on April 7, 1947, former Secretary of the Party Committee of Division 648, Party Committee member of Corps 678; Nguyen Lan, born in 1929, joined the Party on August 19, 1947, Colonel, former Deputy Chief of Artillery, General Staff of Military Region 4.

Two party members were awarded the 70-year Party membership badge; four comrades were awarded the 65-year Party membership badge; 17 party members were awarded the 60-year Party membership badge; seven party members were awarded the 55-year Party membership badge; and 14 party members were awarded the 50-year Party membership badge.

There were 26 party members awarded the 45-year badge; 33 party members awarded the 40-year badge; 26 party members awarded the 30-year Party badge.

Speaking at the ceremony to congratulate and express deep gratitude for the contributions of the Party members who received the Party Badge in the second batch on September 2, 2025, on behalf of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Comrade Hoang Nghia Hieu - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council affirmed: The Party Badge is a noble reward of the Communist Party of Vietnam, a recognition of the Party for the process of training, continuous striving and maturity of each Party member.

Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Hoang Nghia Hieu emphasized that the 132 comrades who were awarded the Party Badge on this occasion were outstanding sons of the homeland, who devoted their youth, intelligence and blood to the cause of national liberation, building and defending the Fatherland. During the arduous struggle and sacrifice, during the stages of construction and renovation, the Party members always maintained the steadfast qualities of a Communist, kept their oath under the glorious flag of the Party, and made important contributions to the cause of building, defending the Fatherland and developing Nghe An province in general, and Vinh Phu ward in particular.

In the atmosphere where the entire Party, people and army are striving to successfully implement the goals of the Resolutions of Party Congresses at all levels, especially the Resolution of the 20th Nghe An Provincial Party Congress, Comrade Hoang Nghia Hieu - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council requested the Vinh Phu Ward Party Committee to continue to build a truly clean and strong Party and political system; innovate leadership methods, improve the capacity and fighting strength of grassroots Party organizations, promote the pioneering and exemplary role of cadres and Party members.
