Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Duc Trung awarded Party badges to five veteran party members in Do Luong district.

Attending the ceremony were comrades: Nguyen Duc Trung - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Nguyen Dinh Hung - Member of the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee, Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office; Nguyen Tat Hoai Hiep - Standing Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Do Luong District; Hoang Van Hiep - Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Do Luong District; and party members who were awarded the Party Badge.

At the ceremony, comrade Nguyen Duc Trung - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee presented the 80-year Party membership badge to party member Nguyen Thi Dai (97 years old, residing in Nam Son commune, Do Luong district); presented the 70-year Party membership badge to party member Nguyen Van Noi (98 years old, residing in Lac Son commune, Do Luong district).

Comrade Nguyen Duc Trung - Provincial Party Secretary also awarded the 65-year Party badge to 3 party members: Nguyen Vinh Canh (90 years old, residing in Da Son commune, Do Luong district); Nguyen Thi Duong (88 years old, residing in Trung Son commune, Do Luong district); Nguyen Thi Hinh (88 years old, residing in Minh Son commune, Do Luong district).

On behalf of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Duc Trung sent to the Party members who were awarded the Party Badge his best wishes for good health and deep gratitude for their efforts and dedication to the Party and the revolution; hoping that they will always be a spiritual support for generations of Party members, their children and families to learn from and follow.

The 5 comrades receiving the Party Badge today are Party members with a very long history of struggle, many contributions to the Party and the revolution, and are veteran Party members, great trees not only of the Do Luong District Party Committee but also of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee.

Emphasizing that in the current period, the province, together with the whole country, is carrying out many particularly important and key tasks, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Duc Trung said, that is to carry out the revolution of restructuring the apparatus; prepare conditions for organizing Party Congresses at all levels, the 20th Provincial Party Congress, towards the 14th National Party Congress; focus on completing the goals and tasks of the entire 2020-2025 term.

The task of reorganizing the apparatus is now reaching the final stage. There are only 12 days left for the province to complete all the work to move to a 2-tier local government model. In this revolution, there will be people who will suffer and sacrifice for the revolution to succeed.
