Provincial Party Committee of Agencies: Completed the program of the Party cell congress under the grassroots Party Committee

This is an important event, a broad political activity in the entire Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc to correctly assess the current status of leadership, direction and implementation of the Party cell congress resolution for the 2020-2022 term, in conjunction with assessing the results of implementing the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress, Resolutions of Party Congresses at all levels, term 2020-2025.

Implementing the direction of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Bloc, up to this point, 40 grassroots party committees with 400 party cells under the grassroots party committees have completed organizing the party cell congresses for the 2022-2025 term.

Of which, the total number of Party Committees elected at the congress: 955 comrades, re-elected 747 comrades (78.2%); participating for the first time 208 comrades (21.8%); Total number of Party cell Secretaries who are heads of agencies, units, departments, and offices: 376/400 (94%), of which, Party cells elected secretaries due to the heads not being old enough to be re-elected or not having personnel at the head level: 21 Party cells (5.2%), Party cell secretaries are deputy level due to the characteristics and practice of personnel work, organization of the apparatus of agencies, units, departments, and offices: 24/400 (6%); Total number of Party cells with Party cell committees: 200 Party cells, Party cells with a small number of Party members only elected secretaries of 89 Party cells, Party cells with secretaries and deputy secretaries of 111 Party cells.

The outstanding results in directing the congresses of party cells under the grassroots party committees for the 2022-2025 term are "The Congress has 4 things": Having a theme and breakthrough; Having solutions on digital transformation and administrative reform; Having typical collectives and individuals; Having secretaries attached to heads of agencies, units, departments and offices.

Immediately after the congress, the Party cells under the grassroots Party Committee need to complete the development of the Action Program to implement the Party cell congress resolution; develop the Party cell's operating regulations, assign specific and appropriate tasks to Party Committee members, promote capacity, strengths and responsibilities to put the resolution into practice, contribute to building a strong agency, a strong industry, and successfully complete political tasks at each agency and unit.
