The Congress discussed and contributed opinions to the Draft Documents of the 12th National Party Congress; Political Report of the Congress of Delegates of the Nghe An Provincial Military Party Committee for the term (2015-2020).

Discussing and contributing opinions to the Political Report of the Party Executive Committee of the Political Department, the Congress unanimously assessed: During the 2010-2015 term, the Political Department Party Committee has made many efforts and promptly advised the Party Committee - Provincial Military Command on many policies and solutions to lead and direct the effective implementation of Party work and political work tasks; completing the targets and tasks set by the Congress.

Coordinated and advised on the issuance of many resolutions and topics to lead the implementation of national defense and security tasks in the area; advised the Provincial Military Party Committee on policies to implement Resolution 4 of the Central Committee in conjunction with the implementation of Directive 03 and the Campaign "Promoting tradition, dedicating talent, worthy of being Uncle Ho's soldiers". Effectively implemented the Project "Innovation of political education work at the unit in the new period". Mobilized and appointed 1,790 comrades, trained 310 comrades through schools.

During the term, 261 party organizations and 2,081 party members were inspected; 76 party organizations and 665 party members were supervised. They provided good advice and direction on mass mobilization work, built the ATLC-SSCĐ Cluster, and successfully completed the task of helping poor communes in the West. They effectively implemented Decisions 290, 142, and 62 of the Prime Minister, recruited 37 cases of children of seriously wounded soldiers being treated at nursing centers in the province. In the first meeting of the Party Executive Committee of the Political Department for the new term, the Secretary, Deputy Secretary, Inspection Committee, and Head of the Inspection Committee of the Political Department were elected. Lieutenant Colonel Vuong Kim Hai, Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command, was elected Secretary of the Political Department Party Committee for the 2015-2020 term.
