Hung Binh Ward Party Committee: Thoroughly grasp the Resolution of the 8th Central Conference

(Baonghean.vn) - On March 15, the Party Committee of Hung Binh Ward, Vinh City organized two sessions to disseminate, study and implement the Resolution of the 8th Central Executive Committee Conference (11th term) for nearly 800 party members in the party committee.

Comrade Bui Dinh Sam, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, directly conveyed the basic contents of Central Resolution 8.

The Party Committee of Hung Binh Ward has many Party members, so the dissemination and study of the resolution was carried out in two sessions on Saturday. The organization of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Ward was thoughtful, and Party members attending the study, despite the short time, raised their responsibility to understand the basic spirit of the resolutions and conclusions of the Central Executive Committee Conference. Party members grasped the content of the resolution on summarizing 10 years of implementing the resolution of the 8th Central Conference (9th tenure) on the Strategy for protecting the Fatherland in the new situation, thereby having the responsibility to mobilize all citizens to raise their awareness and obligations in building and firmly protecting the independence and sovereignty of the Fatherland. In addition, Party members saw more clearly the weaknesses, causes, viewpoints, goals and solutions to revive the country's education and training, ensuring that Vietnam's education reaches an advanced level in the region, as mentioned in the resolution on fundamental and comprehensive innovation of education and training.

Regarding the results of the amendments to the 1992 Constitution approved by the National Assembly with 97.59% of delegates agreeing, promulgated since the beginning of 2014, it is the result of consensus between the Party's will and the people's will. Through studying, Party members understand more about the socio-economic achievements in the first 3 years of implementing the Resolution of the 11th National Congress. To complete the goals of Party congresses at all levels, it is necessary to well implement the 3 strategic breakthroughs associated with restructuring the economy. After thoroughly grasping the resolution, the Party Committee and Party cells in Hung Binh will deploy a practical action program to contribute to bringing the Resolution of the 8th Central Committee into life.
