Dien Phu Commune Party Committee has 18 Party cells with 378 Party members. With the determination to successfully implement the Resolution of the Commune Party Congress for the 2020 - 2025 term, right from the beginning of the term, the Commune Party Committee has concretized the Resolution, Directives of the superiors and the Resolution of the Commune Party Congress for the 2020 - 2025 term into a specific action program, proposing policies and solutions suitable to local realities to focus on leadership and direction of implementation.
In order to successfully implement the socio-economic development targets set out in the Resolution of the Commune Party Congress for the 2020-2025 term, the Commune Party Committee has set out breakthroughs and key programs, which are to focus on building a plan to develop small-scale handicraft production, service business, and trade; create favorable conditions for people to expand the scale of agricultural production, apply science and technology in livestock farming to increase productivity and output; focus resources on building advanced New Rural Areas and model New Rural Areas.

One of the outstanding results of the Party Committee of the commune in the past term is to focus on leading and directing the people to join hands in building the new advanced rural areas. In recent years, the locality has mobilized tens of billions of VND to invest in building new rural infrastructure, in which the people contributed nearly 8 billion VND and thousands of working days, donated thousands of square meters of land to repair and expand intra-field roads, village roads, and build public works.
In addition, the Party Committee and the government of Dien Phu commune also mobilized internal resources to invest in building economic models and renovating residential areas associated with the movement "All people unite to improve the quality of New Rural Areas" and the movement "bright - green - clean - beautiful".

Bringing Dien Phu to comprehensive development
Over the past years, Dien Phu commune has continuously consolidated and firmly completed the criteria for Advanced New Rural Areas, creating momentum to promote the economy, culture and society. The average economic growth rate in the period of 2020 - 2025 is 10.6%, achieving the plan. The economic structure has shifted in a positive direction: Increasing the proportion of small-scale industry, construction and services, reducing the proportion of agriculture.
The total production value of the commune in 2020 is 312.4 billion, in 2024 is 514.2 billion; it is estimated to reach 565.6 billion in 2025, an increase of 253.6 billion compared to 2020 (reaching 125% compared to the Congress plan). The average income in 2020 is 36.6 million VND/person/year, by the end of 2024 it will reach 57.6 million VND/person/year; it is estimated that by 2025 the average income will reach 60 million VND/person/year, an increase of 23.4 million VND compared to 2020.
All schools are invested and upgraded, with facilities and equipment meeting teaching and learning needs. 100% of teachers at all three levels: preschool, primary and secondary school are qualified and above standard; socialization of education is always given attention.
During the term, all three levels of education have maintained national standards. Cultural, informational, and sports activities are rich and diverse, promptly serving the political tasks and spiritual life of the people. The movement of the whole people uniting to build a cultural life in residential areas has gradually gone into depth. In 2024, over 97.5% of households were awarded the title of cultural family; 10/12 hamlets were awarded the title of cultural village, accounting for 83.3%. The political security situation and social order and safety are stable and maintained.
Identifying Party building as the key step, the Dien Phu Commune Party Committee always focuses on Party building work in all aspects: politics, ideology, and organization. The Party Committee always pays attention to leading, directing the organization, thoroughly grasping and effectively implementing the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and style in many diverse and practical forms, associated with the implementation of Resolution 4 of the 12th Central Committee on strengthening Party building and rectification. During the past term, the Commune Party Committee admitted 20 Party members. The Commune Party Committee has continuously achieved cleanness and strength; 80% of Party cells have completed their annual tasks well; 91.5% of qualified Party members have completed their tasks well and excellently.
