Hanh Dich Commune Party Committee: 11th Congress of Delegates - Term 2015-2020

(Baonghean.vn) - On March 12, the Party Committee of Hanh Dich commune - Que Phong district held the 11th Party Congress of the commune - term 2015-2020.

Attending the congress were comrade Le Quoc Khanh - Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board; comrades in the Standing Committee of Que Phong district, heads of departments, branches, and mass organizations at district and commune levels... and 130 delegates representing over 200 party members in 14 party cells in the commune.

The congress agreed to report on the verification of the qualifications of delegates attending the congress.

During the past term, thanks to creating consensus, maximizing collective strength and solidarity of the people, Hanh Dich has gradually eliminated hunger and reduced poverty. Total annual food output increased; the rice area was stable at 243-260 hectares, with an average rice yield of 50.47 quintals/ha. Livestock development was strong. The total herd of buffaloes, cows and pigs was nearly 20,000. The aquaculture area was nearly 13.5 hectares. 67 households donated land to build rural roads in the villages of Ban Chieng, Pa Kim, Cham and Om with a total length of nearly 3,000 m. There were 7 cultural villages. The cultural and sports movement was ranked among the top in the district. In 2014, the establishment of the Rattan Nursery Cooperative developed well;... The poverty rate decreased to 48.76%.

Speaking at the congress, Comrade Lu Dinh Thi - Secretary of Que Phong District Party Committee acknowledged and praised the efforts and achievements that the Party Committee and people of Hanh Dich commune achieved in the past term. The congress also focused on intelligence, discussed and contributed ideas, and voted to elect the Party Committee of the commune for the 11th term 2015-2020.
