Offering flowers and incense to commemorate the 108th birthday of comrade Nguyen Thi Minh Khai

Comrade Nguyen Thi Minh Khai, real name Nguyen Thi Vinh, was born on November 1, 1910 at house number 132, old Ga street, Vinh Yen commune (now Quang Trung ward, Vinh city, Nghe An province).

In 1926, when she was only 16 years old, comrade Nguyen Thi Minh Khai enthusiastically participated in revolutionary activities and was successively admitted to communist organizations such as Tan Viet Party, Indochina Communist Party and Vietnam Communist Party. On August 28, 1941 (July 6, Tan Ty year), comrade Nguyen Thi Minh Khai heroically sacrificed herself at Ba Diem shooting range, Hoc Mon, Gia Dinh.

As an outstanding child of Vinh city, an excellent student of President Ho Chi Minh, and a lifelong companion of General Secretary Le Hong Phong who devoted her whole life to the ideals and revolutionary cause, comrade Nguyen Thi Minh Khai made many important contributions to the struggle for national liberation and is a shining example for generations to follow.

On the occasion of the 108th birthday of comrade Nguyen Thi Minh Khai, delegates, people and the public came here to offer fresh flowers and incense sticks as a deep gratitude to the heroic female revolutionary martyr who devoted her whole life to the Fatherland.

The memorial house of comrade Nguyen Thi Minh Khai is located in a spacious campus with an area of ​​2,600m2.², airy space, located on Quang Trung street, block 7, Quang Trung ward, Vinh city.

The cultural work commemorates and displays a number of images about the life and revolutionary career of comrade Nguyen Thi Minh Khai, expressing gratitude and appreciation for her great contributions to her homeland and country.
