In a solemn atmosphere, Lieutenant General Nguyen Huu Cuong, Commander of the Military Region; Major General Vo Van Viet, Party Secretary - Political Commissar of the Military Region and comrades in the delegation respectfully offered incense sticks and fresh flower baskets to his spirit, respectfully bowing to commemorate the immense merits of the great President Ho Chi Minh, the founder, leader and trainer of the Communist Party of Vietnam. It is an honor and pride to be a part of the heroic Vietnam People's Army founded by President Ho Chi Minh, training and educating officers and soldiers of the Military Region 4 to always unite, promote revolutionary traditions, uphold the spirit of self-reliance, self-strengthening, actively and proactively overcome difficulties, strictly comply with the Directives, Resolutions, Orders for training and combat readiness of superiors, constantly improve the overall quality and combat strength of the People's Armed Forces.

Following the heroic tradition of the Vietnam People's Army, the officers and soldiers of the Military Region's armed forces have been standing side by side, with good solidarity, strict discipline, ready to fight and excellently completing all assigned tasks, contributing to maintaining political stability, creating conditions for localities to develop their economy and society.
