Chairman of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee Le Hong Vinh offered incense to commemorate martyrs and visited families of meritorious people.

On the afternoon of July 22, on the occasion of the 78th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2025), comrade Le Hong Vinh - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Nghe An province led a working delegation of the province to the Vietnam - Laos International Martyrs Cemetery (Anh Son commune) to offer flowers and incense to commemorate the heroic martyrs. The delegation also visited and presented gifts to a number of families of war invalids.
