Nghe An Border Guard Party Committee: Study and thoroughly grasp Resolution 9 of the Central Committee

(Baonghean.vn) - On July 30 and 31, the Nghe An Border Guard Party Committee held a conference to study, disseminate and implement the Resolution of the 9th Conference of the 11th Party Central Committee; Directives, Regulations, and Rules of the Central Committee, the Central Military Commission and the Provincial Party Committee's Project. Attending the class were comrades in the Provincial Border Guard Party Committee; Secretaries and Deputy Secretaries of branches, grassroots Party Committees and cadres, party members, soldiers and employees of the Command.

At the conference, cadres, party members, soldiers, workers and employees listened to the reporters disseminate the following contents: Resolution on "Building and developing Vietnamese culture and people to meet the requirements of sustainable national development"; Election regulations within the Party; taking a vote of confidence for members who are leaders of Party committees and leaders in Party and State agencies, the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations; guiding the Party Congresses at all levels towards the 12th National Congress of the Party; Regulation 217 of the Politburo on social supervision and criticism of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations; Regulation 218 of the Politburo on the participation of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations and people in contributing to Party and government building.

During this session, the trainees also studied and thoroughly grasped: Directive No. 380-CT/QU dated May 30, 2014 of the Central Military Commission on continuing to implement the work of preventing and combating corruption and waste associated with the implementation of Resolution 4 of the Central Committee (11th tenure) "Some urgent issues on Party building today" in the Army; Project of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee on enhancing exemplary behavior, combating conservative thinking and dependence among Party members and cadres.

Speaking at the closing ceremony, Colonel Nguyen Van Tuy, Party Secretary, Political Commissar of Nghe An Border Guard emphasized: After this Conference, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Border Guard Party Committee assigned the Party Committees, Secretaries of Branches and Party Committees to focus on developing plans to organize learning and thoroughly grasp to ensure that 100% of cadres, party members, soldiers and employees in the unit study and have correct and complete understanding of the Party's guidelines, policies and guidelines in the 9th Central Resolution of the 11th term; the Directives, Regulations, and Rules of the Central Committee, the Central Military Commission and the Project of the Provincial Party Committee. The completion of the classes is before August 30, 2014.
