(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of March 26, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Military Command Party Committee held a dialogue conference to meet with cadres, party members of the Party cells and grassroots party committees of the Provincial Military Party Committee. Attending the conference were Colonel Nguyen Sy Hoi - Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee - Commander of the Provincial Military Command and leaders and commanders of agencies and units under the Provincial Military Command; Colonel Bui Hoai Thanh - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee - Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command chaired the conference.
The conference focused on listening to cadres and party members, especially those who have been party members for two years or more and have completed their duties, express their feelings, aspirations and recommendations on issues surrounding the work of political and ideological education, management and discipline training for soldiers. Through serious self-criticism of each shortcoming and limitation of a number of cadres and party members of agencies and units, it is an opportunity for Party committees and commanders at all levels, especially leaders and commanders of agencies and units, to find out the fundamental causes leading to the shortcomings and shortcomings of each Party member, thereby proposing appropriate measures in leadership and direction to overcome weaknesses and weak points in the work of political and ideological education, management and training of soldiers and to evaluate and comment on cadres and party members in the coming time.
