Conference Overview
At the conference, delegates fully received the Resolutions, Conclusions and some important contents of the 7th Central Conference (11th tenure), on that basis, widely disseminated throughout the provincial military. At the same time, proactively develop and deploy plans and programs to implement the 7th Central Resolutions of the Party to soon come into life. The conference focused on thoroughly grasping 6 Topics: Contents of the preliminary summary of 01 year of implementing Resolution 4 of the 11th Central Committee (11th tenure) "Some urgent issues on Party building at present". Resolution on "Proactively responding to climate change, strengthening resource management and environmental protection"; Resolution on "Strengthening and innovating the Party's leadership in mass mobilization work in the new situation"; Conclusion on "Accepting people's opinions on the Draft Amendment to the 1992 Constitution". Conclusion on "Some issues of reforming wage policies, social insurance, preferential allowances for meritorious people and reform orientations until 2020" and guidance on implementing the study of Resolution of the 11th Central Committee, Session 7.
On the basis of Resolution 7 of the Central Committee (11th tenure), the Party Committee of the Provincial Military Command requires Party committees at all levels to closely and seriously organize the study, dissemination, propaganda and implementation of the Resolution for the subjects in their units, ensuring the highest number of troops and quality, and concretizing the Party's Resolution.
