Overview of the Conference to disseminate and implement Resolution 6 of the Central Committee (term XI) of the Party Committee of Military Region 4
At the Conference, delegates were introduced to 5 topics: Socio-economic situation, finance, State budget in 2012, socio-economic development plan, finance, State budget in 2013; Continuing to innovate land law and policy in the period of comprehensively promoting the renovation process, creating a foundation for our country to basically become a modern industrialized country by 2020; Continuing to arrange, innovate and improve the efficiency of State-owned enterprises; Developing Science and Technology to serve the cause of industrialization and modernization in the conditions of a socialist-oriented market economy and international integration; Resolution No. 791-NQ/QUTW dated December 30, 2012 of the Central Military Commission on leading science, technology and environmental work in the Army until 2020 and the following years. Fundamentally and comprehensively innovate education and training to meet the requirements of industrialization and modernization in the conditions of a socialist-oriented market economy and international integration.

Opening of the Conference
Through this Conference, the aim is to make cadres and party members, especially cadres in charge at all levels, grasp the basic issues of the Resolutions and Conclusions of the 6th Central Conference (11th tenure), create high unity in ideological awareness and action on the viewpoints, policies and solutions stated in the Resolutions and Conclusions. On that basis, promote the combined strength, enhance the sense of responsibility of Party committees, commanders at all levels and each cadre and party member in implementing the Resolution. Resolutely fight against wrong and hostile viewpoints, and distorted manifestations in perception. At the same time, creatively apply the Party's viewpoints and guidelines to lead and direct the implementation of tasks close to the situation of agencies and units in the Military Region.
Immediately after the Conference to disseminate and implement Resolution 6 of the Central Committee (term XI) chaired by the Military Region Party Committee for senior and mid-level cadres, the Military Region Party Committee directed subordinate Party committees to develop plans and organize classes to disseminate and effectively implement Resolution 6 of the Central Committee (term XI) for all cadres, party members and the masses within their units.
