Comrade Sam Van Nho, born in 1941, hometown Thong Thu commune, Que Phong district. Joined the Party on October 18, 1965. Official date July 6, 1967.

During his 50 years of working in the ranks of the Communist Party of Vietnam, comrade Sam Van Nho always upheld the exemplary leading spirit of a party member and held important positions from village, cooperative to commune. In any position, he always completed the assigned tasks. Now, despite his old age and weak health, he still maintains the qualities and ethics of a revolutionary party member, setting an example for his children and generations of party members to learn and follow.
