Comrade Sam Van Nho, born in 1941, hometown Thong Thu commune, Que Phong district. Joined the Party on October 18, 1965. Official date July 6, 1967.

During his 50 years of service in the Communist Party of Vietnam, Comrade Sam Van Nho always upheld the exemplary leadership spirit of a Party member and held important positions from village, cooperative to commune. In every position, he always fulfilled the assigned tasks.
