Defeating Than Quang Ninh, Quang Nam has a full chance of winning the championship

(Baonghean.vn) - The latest match of round 24 of V.League 2017 between Quang Nam Club and Than Quang Ninh took place with the victory leaning towards coach Hoang Van Phuc and his team.

Both the home team Quang Nam and Than Quang Ninh entered the match with great enthusiasm from the very first minutes. However, it was not until the 33rd minute that the match had a goal. Player Huu Phuoc (Quang Nam) had a beautiful long-range shot to open the score.

In the 37th minute, the central defenders and goalkeeper Hoai Anh of Than Quang Ninh fumbled their coordination, allowing Thanh Trung to steal the ball in front of the goal. Fortunately, Thanh Trung's shot was miraculously blocked by goalkeeper Hoai Anh.

The two teams continued to maintain a tense match. After that, striker Ha Minh Tuan was sent onto the field by coach Hoang Van Phuc to increase the firepower of the home team Quang Nam Club.

However, the turning point of the match came in the 80th minute when Than Quang Ninh had to accept a penalty. And Dinh Thanh Trung made no mistake to put Quang Nam ahead 2-1. In the remaining minutes, Than Quang Ninh could not reverse the situation and the match ended with a 2-1 victory for Quang Nam.

With this result, Quang Nam has 45 points, rising to the top of the V.League rankings after round 24. Following closely behind are Hanoi FC and FLC Thanh Hoa with 42 points.
