Evaluation of coordination between the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee, Propaganda Committee and the Provincial Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc

Many results in mass mobilization work

The coordination program between the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee of Agencies was signed on September 25, 2020. Up to now, after 3 years, the implementation of the coordination program between the two sides has achieved many important results.

The Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission and the Party Committee of the Bloc have focused on leading and directing the effective implementation of mass mobilization work in the Party Committee of the Bloc according to the motto: The Party directly leads mass mobilization work; agencies, organizations and individuals in the political system closely and synchronously coordinate and effectively implement mass mobilization work.

The two sides have coordinated to strengthen and innovate mass mobilization work in state agencies and well implement the Grassroots Democracy Regulations. The implementation of the targets and tasks set out in the Implementation Plan of Project No. 04-DA/TU of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on "Some innovative solutions to improve the effectiveness of mass mobilization work of state agencies and authorities at all levels in Nghe An province for the period 2021 - 2025 and the following years" has achieved positive results; coordinated with the Party Executive Committee of the Provincial People's Committee to strengthen the direction and effective implementation of mass mobilization work of the government, directed party committees at all levels, heads of departments, branches and sectors to include the content of mass mobilization work in the action program to implement the congress resolution for the term 2020-2025 and the annual work program.

The Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission and the Party Committee of the Bloc coordinate to promote patriotic emulation movements, build and replicate the models of "Skilled Mass Mobilization" and "Bright Spots" to implement the Grassroots Democracy Regulations associated with "studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style" in grassroots Party organizations in the Party Committee of the Bloc.

Agencies and units in the Provincial Agencies Bloc have built 187 bright spots on the Grassroots Democracy Regulations and 157 bright spots on the Government's Mass Mobilization. In June 2023, the Party Committee of the Bloc held a conference to commend 10 collectives and 29 individuals who are exemplary in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and style and bright spots in implementing the Grassroots Democracy Regulations and skillful Mass Mobilization.

At the same time, every year, the two sides coordinate quite well in implementing inspection and supervision of the administrative mass mobilization work in the Provincial Agencies.

At the conference, delegates discussed and agreed on the contents, scope, and methods in implementing the coordination program for the 2023-2025 period on the basis of creating conditions for each side to fulfill its functions, tasks, and powers; enhancing the effectiveness of leadership and direction of Party building work. In particular, focusing on implementing key contents such as: Continuing to innovate the content and methods of administrative mass mobilization activities in accordance with the actual situation and specific tasks of each agency and unit in the bloc.

Effectively coordinate the implementation of Resolution 39-NQ/TW dated July 18, 2023 of the Politburo on building and developing Nghe An to 2030, with a vision to 2045; Law on Democracy Implementation at Grassroots Level; continue to effectively implement Project No. 04-DA/TU, Regulation No. 07-QC/TU dated December 8, 2021 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee; Effectively coordinate the implementation of the Conclusion of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee after meetings and dialogues between the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee and the team of heads, deputy heads of departments, experts of provincial-level agencies and heads of Party committees and authorities of 460 communes, wards and towns in the province in 2023...

Continue to innovate propaganda work

The Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies signed the Coordination Regulation No. 05-QCPH/BTGTU-ĐUK on November 25, 2020. Up to now, after 3 years, the implementation of the Coordination Regulation by the two sides has achieved many outstanding results.

The two sides coordinated to improve the effectiveness of propaganda work; political and ideological education; foster political theory; update new knowledge for cadres and party members in the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies to improve political capacity, prevent internal degradation of "self-evolution" and "self-transformation".

The Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Bloc flexibly innovated propaganda work through online conferences in the implementation of dissemination and study of the Party's resolutions and policies; training courses to update new knowledge for the Party Committee and key cadres in the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc.

The Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department and the Party Committee of the Bloc coordinate to propagate the political tasks of socio-economic development of the province, the tasks of science and education activities in provincial departments, branches and sectors; improve the quality of propaganda work on directives and resolutions of the Central and Provincial Party Committees in the Party Committee of the Bloc.

At the same time, coordinate to improve professional skills in propaganda work for Propaganda officers, reporters, and grassroots collaborators; grasp information and process information at grassroots Party organizations; survey and investigate public opinion...

The two units also effectively coordinated the implementation of Directive 05-CT/TW of the Politburo at the Party Committee of the Bloc; built the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department Party Cell as a bright spot in the emulation movement to study and follow Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle.

In the period of 2023 - 2025, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department and the Party Committee of the Unified Bloc will continue to innovate propaganda work; effectively grasp the ideological situation and set an example for cadres and civil servants in the Provincial Agencies Bloc in the process of performing their tasks.

Strengthen policy communication; disseminate the implementation process of Resolution No. 39-NQ/TW dated July 18, 2023 of the Politburo on building and developing Nghe An province to 2030, with a vision to 2045; Closely coordinate in grasping public opinion information and promptly handling issues raised by the press; Propagate and replicate typical models in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle; Timely prevent and prevent the situation of "self-evolution, self-transformation" of cadres and party members, contributing to firmly protecting the Party's ideological foundation. Thereby, contributing to serving well the implementation of socio-economic development goals, maintaining political security, social order and safety in the province.
