Beat people, burn motorbikes

(Baonghean.vn)-At 3:00 a.m. on May 17, Mr. Lo Anh Duc, residing in Chom Muong village, Mau Duc commune, Con Cuong, rode a Win 100 motorbike, license plate 37L 7333 to the Khe Sung bridge area in Khe Sung village, Mau Duc commune, when he was chased and beaten by a group of young men. Mr. Duc abandoned his motorbike and ran away.

When Mr. Duc returned, the group of young men had burned his motorbike. Currently, Con Cuong District Police have identified the person who burned Mr. Duc's motorbike as Vi Van Phan, born in 1990, residing in Ke Trang village, Mau Duc commune, and are continuing to investigate to clarify the accomplices and the reason.
