List of 80 direct connection points to organize groundbreaking and inauguration ceremonies of 250 projects to celebrate the 80th anniversary of National Day, September 2.
On August 14, 2025, the Prime Minister issued Official Dispatch 136/CD-TTg on organizing the inauguration and groundbreaking ceremonies of key projects and works to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025).
This is a national event with a total of 250 projects and works deployed, connected through 80 live and online television stations.
Of these, 34 are attended by leaders of the Party, State, Government, Ministers and Heads of ministerial-level agencies. In addition, at 9 sites, representatives of the Government, ministries, localities, businesses and people will participate in speaking.
Hanoi City:Inauguration of the National Exhibition Fair Center (Central Bridge) in the cultural field.
Hanoi City:Commencement of the investment project to build Ngoc Hoi bridge and approach roads at both ends of the bridge.
Bac Ninh Province:Construction of Gia Binh International Airport in the transport sector.
Ninh Binh Province:Commencement of construction of resettlement area in Dong Van ward, serving the North-South high-speed railway project in the field of technical infrastructure.
Nghe An Province:Inauguration of the Nghe An Oncology Hospital Construction Project in the medical field.
Quang Tri Province:Inauguration of Hai Anh Wind Power Plant Project in the industrial sector.
Ho Chi Minh City:Inauguration of Saigon Marina International Financial Center (HD Bank) project in the field of finance and banking.
Dong Thap Province:Inauguration of the Rach Mieu 2 Bridge Construction Investment Project in the transport sector.
Ca Mau Province:Commenced construction of 3 works and projects (Ca Mau - Cai Nuoc Expressway Project; Dat Mui - Hon Khoai Port Traffic Project; Hon Khoai Dual-Use Port Project) invested by the Ministry of National Defense in the transport sector.
