The mark of female police officers in Uncle Ho's homeland

Over the years, Nghe An people have become familiar with the image of female police officers appearing in many tasks. From ensuring traffic safety to supporting people in flood-hit areas; from working all night to issuing citizen identification cards to working in the sun at Covid-19 quarantine checkpoints, cooking charity porridge, giving gifts to the poor... Every task is completed completely with a bright smile on their lips, they deserve the trust of the people and the admiration of their comrades and teammates.

The 2016 - 2021 term is the most memorable term during the association work of Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Viet Ha, President of the Nghe An Police Women's Association. Not because of the "huge" achievements over the years, nor because of the hundreds of certificates of merit that groups and individuals were awarded...; but because it was a term with many ups and downs and fluctuations. From the project of regular police in communes, the project of issuing citizen identification cards to the appearance of the Covid-19 epidemic, all affected the psychology and work of women - people who are quite sensitive to change.

However, wearing the People's Public Security uniform, with 5 sacred oaths under the red flag with yellow star, female officers and soldiers of Nghe An Public Security are ready to "go anywhere, do anything" assigned by the Party and the People. Hundreds of female officers and soldiers have written applications to volunteer to work in communes; thousands of members have worked day and night in the "campaign" to issue citizen identification cards; more than 200 female officers "brave the sun and rain" steadfastly at Covid-19 quarantine checkpoints... Each person, when receiving the task, carries within them great determination and firm belief to contribute with the national Public Security force to implement the policy of "Strong Ministry, Strong Province, Comprehensive District, and Grassroots Commune".

The image of female police officers at social charity activities has become familiar to the people of Nghe An.

In particular, the project "Improving the quality and promoting the role of Nghe An Police Women, period 2019 - 2025" is the basis for the Police of units and localities to have plans to educate, train, foster and promote the role of female officers; at the same time, it is a motivation for members to continue to practice and strive. This is also the foundation for all officers and members of Nghe An Police Women's Association to fulfill the targets set by the 13th Provincial Police Women's Congress (term 2016 - 2021).

Notably, he has proactively and promptly advised the Party Committee and the Provincial Police Department's leaders to issue many projects, programs, and plans to effectively direct the implementation of the Association's work and the women's movement, gender equality, for the advancement of women, family work, and children in Nghe An Police.

The Association has effectively implemented emulation movements associated with campaigns and other movements launched by the industry and the Association, especially the breakthrough and the three key tasks of the Association. The leadership and direction of the Association's executive committees at all levels have had many positive changes, focusing on the grassroots. The content and methods of the Association's activities have also been innovated and created, affirming its role as a political and social organization of the Party, representing the rights and interests of women.

Nghe An Police Women are not afraid of difficulties, not afraid of hardship, ready to take on difficult tasks.

With the results and achievements, during the past term, the Nghe An Police Women's Union was continuously ranked as "Excellently completing its tasks", honored to receive 09 Certificates of Merit from the Central Committee of the Vietnam Women's Union, the Ministry of Public Security, the Provincial People's Committee, and the Provincial Women's Union for its outstanding achievements in the work of the Union, for the advancement of women, family and children; 97 collectives and individuals were awarded Certificates of Merit by the Prime Minister, the Ministry of Public Security, the Provincial People's Committee, and the Provincial Women's Union; 271 individuals were awarded Certificates of Merit at all levels; many members won high prizes in competitions organized by superiors...
