The most special thing about polar bear Norm (voiced by actor Rob Schneider) is that he doesn't know how to hunt, one of the survival skills that all other bears have. But in return, Norm has the innate ability to communicate with humans like his grandfather, who once ruled the Arctic.

When Vera (voiced by Heather Graham), a marketing director for a real estate company, braves the Arctic to film a commercial for his unscrupulous boss, Mr. Greene (voiced by Ken Jeong), the luxury mansion of his house, Norm knows he must do something to protect his beloved Arctic home.

Encouraged by his bird mentor Socrates (voiced by actor Bill Nighy), Norm leaves his family and boards a ship to New York with three invincible, mischievous, tiny Lemmings to face Greene.

Upon arriving in Manhattan, Norm is mistaken by New Yorkers for an actor in a bear costume. Overnight, Norm becomes a famous actor appearing on popular TV talk shows and participating in flash mobs in the famous Times Square. Norm's plan only really becomes a reality when Vera's daughter Olympia cleverly helps Norm approach and destroy Greene's plot to annex the North Pole.

Among a series of Vietnamese films about to be released on the occasion of Tet Binh Than, “Norm of the North” stands out with its warm, funny story, great music and eye-catching effects and is the only American dubbed animated film coming to Vietnamese audiences on the occasion of this Lunar New Year. The film promises to bring moments of enjoyment full of energy and laughter in the first days of the new year. “Norm of the North” with the simple truth “there is no place like home, no matter how cold it is” will be the right choice for the whole family when welcoming spring.
